ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 

By accessing and using https://mkbwineimporters.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable local and international laws. If you do not agree, please leave the website immediately. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice; your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes. 

ELIGIBILITY 

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

ORDERS & CONTRACT 

An order is placed when you click "Pay Now" at checkout. This constitutes a commitment to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you a confirmation email confirming your order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment issues, or legal restrictions. 

PAYMENT & PRICING

  • We accept Euro (€) payments only
  • All prices include VAT at 18% and any other applicable Maltese taxes
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Your card will be charged upon purchasing of your order.

DELIVERY

  •  Free delivery on orders over €50
  • €10.00 delivery charge on orders of €50 or below
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday;
  • No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays 
  • We deliver to your front door only
  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays 

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

  • Items cannot be returned once the bottle(s) have been opened
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon delivery - Delivery fees are non-refundable
  • All prices include VAT and applicable taxes Full return and refund conditions are outlined in our Refund Policy 

CORKED OR FAULTY WINE

If you believe a bottle of wine is corked (i.e. affected by TCA contamination resulting in an unpleasant musty or off smell/taste), please contact us immediately at info@mkbimportersltd.comor call +356 99439260. We will assess the bottle and, where the fault is confirmed, arrange a replacement or full refund.

The bottle must be returned with at least 75% of the contents remaining for us to assess the fault.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GOVERNING LAW 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
