Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY  

RETURNS Items cannot be returned once the bottle(s) have been opened. We are unable to accept returns on any product where the seal has been broken. For unopened and undamaged items, returns will only be considered if the goods have been inspected immediately upon delivery and the issue reported to us without delay.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@alfsons.com or call +356 99439260. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. 

CORKED OR FAULTY WINE

If you believe a bottle of wine is corked (i.e. affected by TCA contamination resulting in an unpleasant musty or off smell/taste), please contact us immediately at info@mkbimportersltd.comor call +356 99439260. We will assess the bottle and, where the fault is confirmed, arrange a replacement or full refund.

The bottle must be returned with at least 75% of the contents remaining for us to assess the fault.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel or amend your order within 5 hours of receiving delivery confirmation, provided the items have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us via our website or by phone at +356 99439260, quoting your order number and the items you wish to cancel.
